Laos 2019

Laos is one of the most engaging and entrancing countries in Southeast Asia. Deeply Buddhist, the culture of the whole country is influenced by its faith. Every morning, all over the country, the visitor can witness long lines of monks walking on their morning alms round - a haunting ritual. Laos has a difficult past, being swept up in the war in Indochina, and holds the unfortunate record of being the most bombed country in history.

On this trip, we travelled from top to bottom of this unique country.
